عملا بنص المادة ( ٦٤ ) أثبات : –
مادة ٦٤- لا يكون أهلا للشهادة من لم يبلغ سنة خمس عشرة سنه على أنه يجوز أن تسمع أقوال من لم يبلغ هذه السن بغير يمين على سبيل الإستدلال.
